I've been with amazing State Farm agents for over 40 yrs with no issues, that is until I moved to IA and chose an agent at random - Chad Johnson. My experience started as disappointment and ended as intolerable. I severed ties with Chat because I felt my best interests were not being represented. I found him to be Unforgivingly Disorganized, Unprofessional. and just plain Rude.
never called back...been weeks.
