The only complaint I have is only 15 minute appointments. I have multiple health issues and I am an RMA and I would prefer not to be rushed.
As long as you comply and agree, you’re good. Robotic, step by step treatment. Doesn’t look at the whole body picture. Good for acute illnesses.

typically doesn't have time for me, so i end up seeing one of the PA's. they are ok, but not very experienced -- 1 has less than 2 years practicing. i've seen Dr Hogan once is the past 4 - 5 years. when he did see me, he was very thorough, but it was as difficult as getting an audience with the king/queen.

Dr. Hogan has been my doctor for some 13 years......early on he told me I reminded him of his Father.......he has certainly treated me as such and shown great skill and respect towards me. Very knowledgeable, very patient and very trustworthy. In past I have traveled from West Texas to keep appointments. If you tell him about a reception or nurse issue he gratefully listens and sometimes acts accordingly to said issue.
Dr Hogan is good, but the two girls at the front desk should be fired. One’s name is Elisia and I didn’t catch the other one’s name but she’s the one who checks you in. Both rude and have a lack of compassion. I waited an hr in the wtg room. Meanwhile, other people were coming and going. The wtg room cleared out TWICE with some of those people having been seen and gone home, before I even got called back. Dr. Hogan has been my Dr. for over 5 years. Dr. Hogan one of the Top knowledgeable Drs. The the North Texas Area. In my 74 yrs. I have had only 4 doctors that I Totally trust to advise and direction my to an extremely long and healthy Life and life style. Dr. Chad Hogan gets a Rare 100% satisfaction in his care, knowledge, effective communication skills and a totally efficient/Professional office. My Personal Doctor for Life.
He’s been Dr for 20 years. Caring, great people. Skills, takes time to explain, The best.
I have been a patient of Dr. Hogan since he started practice in Grapevine. He has always been up front with his discussion and treatment plans. I have aged with Dr. Hogan and plan to continue so even though we travel via motor home. I plan to make routine care appointments as long as possible.
I have been a patient of Dr. Hogan's for two years. In my experience, he is distant, uncaring, unprofessional and I would even describe him as rude. I would not recommend him.
