From the receptionist, to the nurses and of course the Dr’s you will not find better care. I’ve been with them for over 10 years now and do not plan on going anywhere!
Their receptionist is like Fort Knox. She is constantly rude and filters access to the doctors. It's as if you need to prove to her you have the need to see your doctor. The office manager has no control. It takes forever to get anything done and most of the time you have to fight and argue to get something accomplished (ie. Referrals). Even after expressing concern to Ashley and Dr. Ezzell nothing has changed. Stir clear of these people you can find much better care elsewhere.
Always friendly and has time to listen. Never a long wait and staff is efficient and friendly. I have complete faith in Dr Ezzell’s ability as a highly trained physician

Not a better doctor in Abilene! He and Ashley are the best. I am ever so thankful that while seeing his wife at a drop in clinic, she told me about him. Best thing to ever happen to me.
There aren't many words that can describe Dr. Ezzell! He is truly one of a kind. My family started with him after I grew unsatisfied with my son's pediatrician. He takes his time with all of our appointments and answers all questions in a way that is not condecending. Which for a mom thats very helpful when sometimes you are just at a loss. I will not visit anyone else for as long as we live within driving distance to his office. Ashley the PA is just as amazing!!!!!
Just awesome. Always on time. Couldn't ask for more.
