First I am a healthcare provider myself, and I was very disappointed in the front desk. We had diligently researched and knew we wanted Dr. Lavender for his cutting edge ACL technique. I had watched all his videos, listened to podcasts, read the research. I called just knowing I had found the surgeon FINALLY to do my son’s ACL surgery to save his D1 career. Dr. Lavender has been amazing. Him, along with his team work seamlessly together to provide the best care for my athlete. We are 6 weeks post surgery and my son is working out again, walking and has most of his Range of Motion! Would recommend this team to anyone and everyone!
Staff are professional and caring
I’m only giving a 4 . Dr.Lavender is the best with my kids and husband! But unfortunately my family will have to seek a new orthopedic doctor . My husband has been going there for over a year and he has seen my kids as well. He is amazing! But his front staff is very disrespectful, always has an attitude & never answers the phones to reschedule or make an appointment. So when you drive to the office and ask questions they are just rude!!!
