Had a cervical fusion done in February of 24. Pain came back and even though radiologist can see new issues he just discredited them and sent me to the pain clinic. The best part is that Kathy who works at the front desk just called me almost 2 years later saying it was my job to follow through with insurance and if I would pay $1000 they would write it off. Dr Abernathy has performed a disk fusion of C5/C6 in 2005 and a decompression of a herniated disk at T1 in 2022. I am still in recovery mode from decompression surgery but wanted to express my appreciation for his thorough diagnosis of my injury and skilled surgery/treatment of each of my spinal issues.
