I am SO disappointed in the service provided by this agency. Having been in the insurance industry myself for 15 years, I know what excellent service looks and feels like. Unfortunately, this agency does not have their customer's best interest in mind. It took one call for us to decide to take our business elsewhere and it was due to one individual.
