Dr. Manuel has been my Primary physician for 23 years since moving to Lafayette. He and his staff have provided excellent care and are very professional, friendly and understanding regarding any health issues that arise. My appointments are in time with no waiting. I highly recommend Dr. Manuel if you are in need a Primary Care physician. I am a Senior citizen and anytime I have a medical issue he and his staff are proactive in meeting my healthcare needs.
