I have to say, my experience with Geico was AMAZING! I called up to receive some help with renters insurance, and a young gentleman named James answered. He was so helpful and nice, and it made me realize that there are some good people left in this world. His accent caught me off guard, and it kept getting me distracted at times hehe, but it made the experience 10x better! If I ever need insurance in the future then you have my business! I’m so proud of you James, keep up the great work 👍
This is for never giving us notice on our home owners insurance cancellation. Then trying to quote us with a different company hiking up the price an extra 3k a year and completely bull shitting us around. They literally tried quoting us 6k a year for home owners insurance. Ended up going to another agent company, they got us a quote for 2700 a year. Glad we switched companies! DONT USE GEICO.
