Took my 6yr old there for a office visit. My son has 2types of insurance. The one insurance that they accepted I did not have the insurance card itself but I did give the receptionist most of the info that I knew such as the type, member id, and even a 1-800 number. I just didn't know if there was a co-pay. At the end of our visit. The receptionist ask me if there was a co pay.
