Neighbor uses them to harass. Literally mows the lawn for 5 hours straight on as loud as can be. Will be done with grass but keeps going to keep me awake. Will start at 7 am on my workdays. Has been compliant in my harassment for 4+ years. Has woken me up purposefully scheduling early service 3 times this week alone. They need a subpoena not a referral. I was referred to Chacon Landscaping from a neighbor, I'd never used a landscaping service before, but wanted to aerate and dethatch the yard since it needed some help. They also offered mulch services so I decided to try that as well since with three kids its hard to find the time to do as much as I would like in the yard.
