Update: 2 fuel injectors were leaking and while looking deeper I find out this was police auction vehicle. So you got an abused vehicle for a few thousands dollars, likely in a bad accident to warrant fuel injectors leaking, and then you charge me almost $30,000 + interest? ⚠️ False promises and a complete waste of time at Chacon Autos Chacon Autos is the worst place I’ve visited when looking for a car. They advertise fake promotions and decent prices, but once you arrive at there, everything changes. The prices don’t match what they advertised, and they refuse to give you a real estimate unless they run your credit first, which is a manipulative tactic. On top of that, they make you wait for hours only to come back with inflated prices full of hidden fees and “mandatory packages” you never ask... read more
My wife and I were helped to buy her a new Nissan by Tom. This young man did everything he promised in a matter of hours. Tom made no promises that he could not keep regarding our temporary credit challenge, and down payment quite. We love doing business with Chacon Autos and I will highly encourage all of my friends to pay them a visit and ask for our new friend Tom.
Not happy with my purchase I thought getting a 2022 Toyota Camry would be a safe bet but something is off. It’s shaking upon startup and low rpm rev randomly. I don’t believe their mechanics looked at it thoroughly or maybe they knew it was defective and got it at a discount. If I’m paying $845 a month I’d like the car to last the entirety of the loan and be all but perfect.
