Ms Latasha was amazing!!! This woman was a blessing and she did everything possible to get me and my babies in a car. I appreciate it so much.
I got approved for a vehicle of Chacon Auto choice because of my repos. Went to the location on Beechnut. Tasha did her best to put me in a vehicle. Got sent to another location on 1960 and I can’t believe that location tried to put me in a vehicle with NO AC, RADIO, or BACKUP CAMERA. After that, Tasha did try and put me in another vehicle but I refused because of the high car note. I don’t recommend the 1960 location.
Sydney was very nice to me and had excellent customer service. He spoke to me with good greetings, he held the door open for me and help me put my license plate on my car with no problems and made sure I was fine. I went in there to pick up my license plate I walked to the window and there was a rude male and female behind the window just being rude, unprofessional, having attitudes and making faces at me for no reason. Im changing my review from a 5 star to a 1 star I and so pissed I bought a 2021 Kia Sportage from here at the end of December in 2023 and my car cut completely off while I was driving home from work very dangerous...I don't know yet what it could be my uncle saying it might be a malfunction or fuel pump something like that ...I been having this car for 8 or 9 months now and it's already giving me problems...I'm pissed I don't have money like this to be doing this ...I think they know what be wrong with the cars they sell..
