After having my car for a month i decided to chance my review after a call from the finance department. I made several payment in the beginning including a payment at THEIR OFFICE IN CASH as a deferred payment of 400 dollars. The finance/collections rep told me i have been behind on EVERY PAYMENT. was including an insurance fee which i paid! After she sent me my payment history they only have my payments i made online! I went to Chacon Autos on Bandera and the salesman Paul Ytuarte got me into a great car super fast and without any problems. I highly recommend both Chacon and Paul if you are looking for a vehicle with factory warranty.
For those of you who do not have the best credit or not much to pay for a down payment. This is the place to go..THEY will honestly work with you. They are honest unlike other places we applied at..they will help you get a vehicle ..It was such a pleasant experience. Everyone at chacon was so nice and helpful..I highly recommend Paul Ytuarte. He is an exceptional salesperson..ask for him you will be glad you did!!!
