Stylist Jason is inconsiderate and unprofessional. No call, no show. He ruined my husband's birthday present to me by not keeping his appointment and not notifying us of a change. The receptionist asked, "Didn't you get his message?". No, we did not because he never called (still haven't heard from him). This is the second bad experience I have had with this salon. Thank you for reminding me why I had taken my business elsewhere.

I have never had such a great color and cut, until I went to Chantel at Chase Salon. She had such a great personality,made me feel right at home. She suggested the perfect color and cut. If you just want something new and don't know what to do check out Chantel at Chase Salon. You won't be disappointed! Will be returning for all my hair needs!
I called around the area to try and find a salon that could get me and my 3 girlfriends in at the same time. I got told it wasn't possible by many salons until I called this one. All 4 of us agree that this is a great salon. We would totally recommend and will be coming back.
