As much as I’d like to give one star, I’m giving three—strictly from one business owner to another. I had Chance come out to service my AC unit a little over a year ago. At first, everything seemed great. He came across as trustworthy and professional, and I even felt comfortable enough to leave him at my house while I was gone.
