Bought a 4 Ton AC system and they installed an oversized 5 ton air handler (even though again, it says 4 ton on the invoice) that caused water damage to our home due to it being the wrong size for the house. They are unresponsive and unwilling to resolve the issue. Going to cost us over $10k to resolve with either new ductwork or buying a whole new air handler that is the proper size (4 Ton). Run away from this company. Very disappointed in Chace as I trusted this company and had recommended to others up to this point.
