I used to work for this place the owner Fred Dew JR would constantly curse out, threatened, and physically challenged his employees to a fist fight. He used his employees to do inspections on the work and not hire an official inspector and tell the customer the work has been "inspected and surpassed our strict standards." He took many shortcuts and would tell his customers and employees they are the best of the best. These people installed the heating and air in my home and 1 day after my 1 year home warranty was up the air went out; called them and they basically told me ‘oh well you’re outside you’re warranty’. I had to call the foreman for the builder and had them come out and ‘fix it’ and the builders paid for it. The very next summer it went out again and I called a different company out and the tech that serviced it said the line fittings for the Freon were finger tight which probably allowed Freon to leak out.
