Poor business practices are my biggest complaint. Office does not return calls. Charged me over $1000 up front for a crown that ultimately failed, and frankly never even fit right even after multiple visits to adjust and two outside consults completed in order to work to resolve my pain. Office would not promptly reimburse me once insurance paid its portion. Had to file grievance against the office via the insurance after poor response from their front office staff.
