Would've loved to be a patient here and give them my money as I am trying to find a local Dr. but apart from the first time I called them they will not answer the phone. The phone line rings, I hear hold music for about 20 seconds and then the phone line remains silent. It's as if they are picking up the call and placing me on hold without saying anything...And then no one ever answers (I left the phone on for ~40 minutes without ever hearing from anyone). I want to thank the entire women's health team at the Hospital de somerville, I have been treated here for some years now. I am very happy and grateful for all the care they always took with me and my health. Thank you very much.
My wife and my 2 sons was always very good taken care of every time, every pregnancy, every appointment. Thank you.
Been trying to make an appointment for the past 3 days; rarely answers phones, when they do they're dropped. Jazilla took my info; put me on hold for 20 minutes just to forget my info. She then refused to make an appointment after seeing the referral from my PCP at CHA. Switching to MGH.
