Please be aware when making a visit to CHA Surgery Department. This is their outpatient facility which means you'll be charged for facility "use" fee. The doctors and staff are great. I have no complaint about the interaction with the doctor. However, after my visit I was charged over $2,000 total for a non-surgical 30 minute visit due to their absurd facility "use" fee.
If possible, that will be my last visit to this facility. Between a useless visit I was scheduled for that did nothing and staff screaming at each other, I’m over it. I was scheduled for an appointment following a referral from my dermatologist for plastic surgery. I arrived at my appointment that was scheduled with an ENT who spent a whole five minutes looking at me and goes “oh yeah, I don’t do this so you’ll have to go to Beth Israel”.
