I have never waited so long to be seen at urgent care, and there were not many people ahead of me. On average about 1 person seen every 45 minutes. I won’t be back.
OMG.. Visiting Summerville and an issue with my 14 year old son, and they were rude and short over the phone asking if they could do a stool test. Annoyed they immediately said, "no we don't do that here.", I said d you know where we might find a place that could help, she immediately said, "No. I can't answer that question." Then hung up. Wow...
I been 2 time in this place that worse they bring me to a room is big blue chair I wait hours there .just to paid 150 coopaiment.i am sure big bill for my insurance. This place was good many years ago.i hope can improve. The Doctor was ok.
One front desk lady treated me badly. Another one was good.
