2 days ago the service I received was careless, the doctor didn’t care or take the time to check me properly. Don t even waste your time to go there
Taking financial advantage of sick desperate people. My daughter went here for urgent care and had a bunch of tests done when she specifically asked the doctor that she didnt want to do if it was expensive the doctor assured her they were no problem and her insurance would cover them. One was for a PCR test that in Mass usually costs about $200. They subsequently charged her insurance $1650. Beware, this is a hospital, not an urgent care. They will charge for a hospital visit and not an urgent care visit. They also won’t tell you this ahead of time. I’d have $200 more dollars in my pocket if I’d just gone to any of the other urgent cares around.
I came in for a suspected fracture in my hand and everyone was super friendly and helpful. There was also very little wait - I was in and out in about an hour, including an X-ray.
Might be a good idea to update your hours when you are closed for maintenance. So that people in need of urgent care can plan and go to another location.
