There was a middle aged woman with serious skin problem, possible infectious disease. It is better that the had asked her to wait and come back until her skin problem cleared with use of anti-biotics, so that that there are no side effects on the patient and on other patients. The Dentist has a right to ask patient to do this if he sees that there can be a problem. Otherwise he may be putting himself and others at risk through cross contamination. It is not clear what insurance he accepts.
