I love cha but lately a lot has changed. Last week we had to rebook my sons appointment twice. We came an hour early, they brought us to the room took his vital signs and told us the doctor is running 30mins behind. No problem since we are early. Now our actual booking time has pass, and some else come in the room to tell us the doctor is going to be 45 mins late. So 1 hour and 45 mins late. I have always been very well looked after by the doctors and nurses, nurse Sherry is excellent at what she does. I saw that there are a lot of bad reviews about the place, but for me I can only thank them, they have always helped me a lot.
The worst place you can for medical care!!! Doctors don’t care at all, all they want to do is write prescriptions and send you on your way. I was tested for a condition they suspected I had, the results came back negative and they wrote me a prescription and told me take the meds anyway I was 5 minutes late to an appointment and they told me the doctor couldn’t see me all while I’m in pain and drove 45 minutes to get there. The people at the front desk are extremely rude. You guys need to changed personal at the front desk I’m changing to the Malden location they are very nice and always willing to help me with any question I have but the Revere location has poor customer service.
