I had a great experience with cancelling and rescheduling a new appointment with Asmaa, she was very pleasant, cared about my needs of not waiting too long to see my doctor, went above and beyond in helping me over the phone to reschedule an appointment. I actually I never had problems with Revere Health Center receptionists, they always talk in a nice tone of voice, I notice when they are swamped with calls they might hurry up in the call but so far I was lucky to get only great customer service.
The doctors here are a joke and on tops of that do not care about the patients.

I was a patient of them 3 years ago after focusing on my work I forgot to schedule and leave the system it’s already the 2nd time I call and I wait an hour to answer me! I urgently need to do my routine exams, I’ve been 3 years without going! They say there’s nothing available so the woman checked Malden and doesn’t come back on the call!
