The people at the front desk are extremely rude. You guys need to changed personal at the front desk I’m changing to the Malden location they are very nice and always willing to help me with any question I have but the Revere location has poor customer service.
Doctors and staff are very helpful,friendly and knowledgeable.
YO - - the CLOCKS on your BUILDING - - either GET THEM WORKING or TAKE THEM DOWN! If the SERVICE inside is like the OUTSIDE - -I won't go there.
No people skills whatsoever. Was there for over 30 minutes in the waiting room. No apology. Doesn’t seem like anyone likes their job. I always leave with a bad feeling. You have to pay for the meter as well. Unfortunately, there’s not a positive I can think of.
Got some real idiots working here who can’t even manage a phone call yet alone transfer you to the right department. Have called about 3 or more times now.
