CHA primary care department doctor named herself as a psychiatrist during a new PCP visit. Exceptionally unethical. The Cambridge Department of Public Health is CHA. They also are a nonprofit. As a city owned hospital entity, the city is responsible for this facility. Why does CHA not have an ADA Coordinator and grievance process? Explain to the public their relationship as a public city entity
Their in house psychiatrist due to inexperience or lack of caring prescribed an SSRI to someone with autism, without considering their life situation, the SSRI had an anger/irritability side effect which made their autism worse and lead to them to get evicted and lose their job, which never happened for 15 years before until this psych pushed the person toward this med. Always very well treated, thank you every single one that works there.
Recently found out that most doctors associated with CHA didn’t do too well earning their degree, maintaining a D average. I personally have now had 4 different PCP’s. On going issues for last 5 or 6 years, still NOT addressed
