By far, the BEST experience I've had with PT! Reception staff are genuinely friendly, there's never a wait to check in. Most importantly, the support and knowledge I've received from the PTs has been exceptional. I can't thank ALEX & CELIA (Medford Office) enough, they are amazing in their role and I will miss them immensely!!!
They assigned me exercises that hurt my back.
Inconsistent information for patients… they said they are open at 7:30 AM, but nobody answers the phone. In fact, nobody responds to anything, including MyChart questions. Good luck trying to cancel your appointments - it tells you to call, but calls will never get through. Only one or two PTs know what’s best for their patients. I’m speechless with CHA.
