Generally, I would give Cha for Tea five stars, because I have had great experience ordering from there. The food is good and the service is excellent. However, I put an order online, as usual, and requested the third side dish to be noodles (first time; for a family member who LOVES their noodles). It was going to cost me an additional $1, which was fine with me; however, when I got home I found instead of a third serving of noodles, I had the "salad with no dressing" (a few pieces of lettuce).
