Today was my daughter appointment with Dr, and I want to share my experience. She did not act professionally—she didn’t even ask any questions or try to get to know her, which I believe is the responsibility of a primary doctor before making any referrals for evaluation. For every question, her response was simply “I don’t know.” I feel this is not professional behavior. And also she was ignoring my 3 years old daughter which makes her so uncomfortable. I think she needs to know some ethics.

This clinic when from been good to been the worst. Honestly staff/doctors are very unprofessional. The front desk gossip alot and some of them are rude. Even when you just have a simple question and you are authorize person on the patient files . People cannot even get an appointment with their pcp because they put a different doctors.
Dr. Michael Theodoulou, was by far one of the most amazing podiatrists I have come across living with type 1 diabetes, he made me feel comfortable bringing my fiancee with me, whom he did surgery on. He knew his stuff, no long waiting time, very professional, my anxiety melted away upon meeting him. If you are a type 1, he is your man.
