I'm always able to get an appointment quickly when needed. I sprained my ankle and the care was great.
The gals at the blood work lab were a delight! I notoriously faint while getting my blood drawn and they were so nice and gave me an icepack/water just in case. We were just chatting and it was done before I knew it! Also, shout out to Dr. Bijoor for actually listening after years of providers belittling my concerns :)

Extremely unorganized medical center. Front desk clerk entered my phone number wrong causing my initial appt to be missed. You cannot get messages to/info from to PCP, goes through front desk staff who are hired more as interpreters than skilled admin. Overall CHA system is disappointing .
