Cha Cha Cha is not disappointing This is a great Salon, Boston's best kept secret. Isabel is wonderful! It's just the one of the best little salons in Boston. Prices are reasonable and so worth it. See for yourself.
Very Disappointing I first visited Cha Cha Cha when I moved to Boston because it was near my apartment. My first dye and cut was pretty disappointing but I went back to see if it was just a one time thing. It wasn't. The second visit was even worse than the first. The stylists were not very talkative and made it awkward and my hair was nothing like what I had described in detail. I would recommend skipping this place and heading down to Anita Kurl.
Sarah is SO FABULOUS! I had to finally stop in to this adorable salon after walking by so many times. The decor is cool, 60's modern, kitchy, glam. And Sarah, my stylist, can be described similarly! She's so cool, fab to talk to, and did wonders for my formerly limp locks. She made me feel like Brigitte Bardot! The atmosphere is sexy (but still friendly and laidback, not snobby), the staff is sexy (Call me, Sarah!), and your hair will look sexy!
Great haircut, reasonable price I got a haircut at cha cha cha after not getting a professional cut for over 5 years. They were able to tame my elbow-length hair and give me good product suggestions.

Not so great – I don't see how the people on here think this is a reasonably priced place. I got a trim which took about 25 minutes and got charged $60. At my normal salon this costs me $20. For that money I would expect a great cut but it was nothing special. NOT IMPRESSED.
THE HIDDEN GEM WE ALL DESPERATELY LOOK FOR!!!! – Love Love this place....Micheal the owner is wonderful and his stylist are very talented and not expensive what-so-ever!!! This is one of the places that all of us are secretly looking for....a place to get a excellent hair cut and color and not have to pay a month of rent to look good....like on some streets!!!!!! Isablle is so talented and wonderful.....she used to work at that extremely over priced salon UMI on newberry and has just as much or even more talent then their st... read more
