I was seen promptly. The assistant taking my vitals was excellent. She wisely waited until I relaxed before recording my blood pressure so she got an accurate reading. My primary care doctor as usual was thoughtful and thorough concerning my questions and health issues. When I left the apartment I felt a lot better than I felt when I arrived. You ask for anything better than that

Update: I was ghosted by Stephanie the manager who promised me she would do an audit on my bill and that she was understanding of this ridiculous billing. A month later I get an email saying I’m late on a bill. When I call, she tell the person I’m on the phone with that I should contact the billing department. No apologies for leaving me hanging on getting back, no recognition that billing was the people who sent me to her in the first place which we talked about.
