Very friendly as they tell me I have a very useless policy. What is the point of these companies? I would ask how they sleep at night but I know its on a big pile of money.

I cold-emailed and Kailey responded -- she was super friendly and gave great customer service, pulling the number I needed to call even though it wasn't associated with this branch. Amazing customer service! Roland spent a good amount of time trying to get me the best deal he could. He was honest, friendly and extremely courteous and in today's world we certainly could use a lot more of that .
