I just want to echo what everyone is saying about this woman KIM. I went in to visit and she was extremely rude and very blunt in a negative way. The place also is very grimy. I do not get how a company can hire someone like this and have such terrible rapport with people. Your job is not that important enough to be rude for no reason. I had a negative experience with the rental office manager during the apartment viewing. She asked whether I was Canadian or not, and I don’t understand the relevance of that question, even though I am Canadian.

Even think about renting with this company/building is a mistake. reaching out to them by leaving a message. a lady calls me back and she was so ruuuuude so unprofessional. ( she literally said to me I have this available only “point” merci and dropped the call) unbelievable!! hey if talking to potential client is done like this , I wonder how they are treating their renters.
I would not recommend renting here as long as the current building manager (Kim) is in charge. On multiple occasions, she entered my apartment without proper notice, even once while my wife was home, which felt like a serious violation of privacy. When I confronted her, I had to warn that I would file a complaint if it happened again. Moving out was also made unnecessarily difficult, which added stress to the process.
