The building administrator / front desk lady should not be working there. She is, without exagerration, the most unpleasant and rude person I have encountered in my entire life. She should not be interacting with clients. She literally bullies clients and raises her voice at people (even elderly people!!!). She is very demeaning and abrasive. I have been a tenant at 4998 Blvd. De Maisonneuve West location for several months now, and I feel compelled to share my experience regarding the ongoing drilling work. Since July, I have been subjected to relentless drilling from three different directions in my apartment. We did not expect to see this in Westmount (see photos). The building is rather dilapidated. First few floors are uninhabited.
