Even think about renting with this company/building is a mistake. reaching out to them by leaving a message. a lady calls me back and she was so ruuuuude so unprofessional. ( she literally said to me I have this available only “point” merci and dropped the call) unbelievable!! hey if talking to potential client is done like this , I wonder how they are treating their renters.
I would not recommend renting here as long as the current building manager (Kim) is in charge. On multiple occasions, she entered my apartment without proper notice, even once while my wife was home, which felt like a serious violation of privacy. When I confronted her, I had to warn that I would file a complaint if it happened again. Moving out was also made unnecessarily difficult, which added stress to the process. I lived here for a year with my roommate and by the end, we could not wait to get out of there. The woman at the front desk named Kim Leclair is the most rude, entitled and unprofessional person I have ever met in my life. When we first moved in, we were told they would fix the flooring since pieces were falling out of the floor (the old tenants had literally taped the floors together in some places). Let me start by saying that this building is awful, but the majority of the problems come from the woman working at the front desk, Kim. She is consistently rude, unprofessional, and makes living here a miserable experience. From the very beginning, despite us always being polite and respectful, we were met with sarcasm, eye rolls, and condescending remarks.
