I've actually come here three times to get my van smogged. He's a little rough he charged me $79 did not pass smog got a new sensor for my catalytic came back and he charged me another $79. If it don't pass I'm stuck with the payment. Office is outside obviously . Don't you pay if you pass. Went to the mechanic and got a new sensor for my catalytic but she said that was the problem so here I am again I still failed my test is he going to keep failing me to make extra money. Gentleman working there was all by the rules, and pointed out everything when I called to make an appointment. He took all the precautions about current CDC recomendations, so you have to do some things on your own prior to starting the inspection (roll down windows, open the hood, leave all the paperwork...) and took about 20 min in and out. I removed the plastic cover from my engine before the inspection, because I understood it is an additional charge. I used a coupon ($35) for this Smog check, so I only ended up paying $... read more

We had to wait for this unfriendly, extremely germophobic guy to attend to us ( there were no other customers). No explanation about the process at all. It's our first visit here. I should have followed my instincts to leave while we can. He seemed to be disorganized as he went inside his "office" and then out to our car at least 10 times! And this is before quoting us the price. Then after we paid, he again went back and forth, to do the test; drove our car around their building twice. Had my 2002 SUV due for smog, C&H was conveniently open on a Saturday and I didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes before he was ready for my car. Test took 20 minutes, price was right, and the car passed with no problems. I'd recommend their service and will use them again.

Extremely safe! non contact star certified operation by telephone appointment only, call leave a message hell call you back to schedule the time to come in, you never go inside the building and you never get within ten feet of the owner. You park in the front and drop your DMV smog paper credit card and id in a bin on an outside table, then leave the info and keys on the dash with all the windows down , wait in the shade on a chair 20 feet away outside and less than twenty minutes later done!
