I bought a 2018 Silverado 2500HD from CH Sales for my business. Chris was great at communicating the condition of the truck, was honest about anything he knew that wasn’t perfect on it and let me know ahead of time before I drove an hour and a half to see it. Just received my title in the mail today all around great experience!
Saw a vehicle yesterday that seemed like a good deal but store was closing. Called this morning to put deposit while traveling back to purchase vehicle and was told they don't do deposits to hold. We even offered to purchase outright over the phone. Owner wrote back several hours later saying do give him 24 hours as someone else put a deposit down to bring the rest of the money tomorrow. So much for no deposits.
