I had CH Roofing & Exteriors out to do a lot of different things on my house. I guess you could call it a full exterior remodel. They replaced my roof, gutters, siding and a lot of wood rot. Christian was very honest and worked with us throughout the whole project. He was very transparent in his pricing and what they were doing on the work that was happening at our house. We had a bad experience working with CH Roofing and Exteriors. The first problem was that he promised to be there when the insurance company came to inspect the damage on the roof. On the day of, he told us that he was on his way but never showed up. This should have been our warning, but we gave him a second chance. He strung us along for months and months promising that he would help us get a new roof. The communication became less and less until he finally ghosted us.
My family has used CH roofing so we used them as well on our home. Very professional great to work with and they did a wonderful job from the repair all the way to the clean up as well. Highly highly recommend this company.
Christian and his team were fantastic. A great inspection and quote to start the process, hard work from a friendly bunch of guys, and a spotless yard upon leaving. I recommend this company for anyone looking for a roof (or other house job!) Windows next for me!
After 2 months I finally paid the rest because I was fed up. The gutters they replaced look good but the siding and window trim looks anything but professional. The crew seemed to like to cut corners to not do as much as possible (not replace 20yr old foam backing). I constantly had to babysit what they were doing to make sure it was what I discussed at the beginning....the whole process was stressful and unhappy with the finished product
