Been there about 4 times. Every time they make me fee I'm losing their time and they are pretty rude. One time they did not allow me to remove the plastic protector from the case ( on 15K watch) another one they did not allow me to wind the watch (!!!) Today i asked to walk around the store with a watch (to try the bracelet fit) and the response from the lady is "you cannot move away from me"... I wont be buying my next watch here
I came here to browse the selection of Omega watches. The older white man who served me looked me up and down and then was dismissive and rude. I suspect he brushed me aside as a customer because I'm a younger woman. This store reflects poorly on all luxury watch stores, and I recommend not giving them any of your business.
