I went here recently resize the band on my Grand Seiko SBGA413. I walked in, explained why I was there and was told “we only do that on weekdays… you can go upstairs to xyz store and they can handle it.” I declined and then was asked if I purchased the watch I purchased directly from Seiko. My husband had been looking for a green dial watch for a while and we stopped by a few places trying to find the right one.. Robert helped us, he was very knowledgeable and patient. We actually went in just for my husband and I had no plans of getting anything for myself but I ended up leaving with a Omega pink Seamaster😆 its soo pretty!!!🩷 Def not the plan when we walked in but we’re both really happy with our watches. Thanks again to Robert for all the help and for making it such a good experience.

Edits: Now that the store has tried to explain its perspective, let me correct something to be fair. I think they are confused that my claim is about when I purchased “the wrong one” for my spare watch that happen to fit. I waited for the pins I asked for then. That's not part of the review. That was smooth. Yes, you measured my watch. We confirmed the dimension. But you ordered the wrong one. The item that arrived did not fit my watch. So you had to order again. I brought a Calatrava 5120G there for a replacement strap. I appreciated being able to talk with a specialist and place an order during a short visit. Throughout the visit, though, I felt like they treated me like I had the watch, not because I wanted it but because I couldn't afford a new one. Also, as all straps are made-to-order, I wanted to go through the options but was only told what they thought was best ("Go for a classic black strap").
