Initially was with Kim and it was great, was switched despite me telling them my schedule but I played ball. Completely different program with new guy thus rendering a month with Kim obsolete for whatever we were working towards. I asked to be switched back but they kept scheduling me out with the same guy. When I suggested that Kim had me doing different things and that I wanted to go back, the new guy just switched all my stuff over to what I was doing with her. I worked with Nick for several weeks this past summer. It was much more strenuous than I expected but I’m glad I stuck with it. As of now, I’m better than I was just before the injury and I’ve started a regular exercise program thanks to Benchmark.
