I received poor customer service from a representative named Oscar. I had some important time sensitive 401k documents to submit, and their policy is that they don't accept anything electronically signed. After scanning and resubmitting my forms (ELECTRONICALLY) that were hand-signed, Oscar refused to tell me when or how they would be sent to the trustee. When handling a client's personal financial information, being rude and transferring me over to a supervisor's voicemail is not acceptable. I asked again when my documents ... read more
