I took my ducati here for a basic tuneup, oil change and spark plugs, the next day a dss code error came up, I called them and they told me they would call me back to see which day I could bring my motorcycle, and they never called me back neither answer. Don’t take your ducati here.

This guy is either incompetent or a crook or both. He claimed my bike needed a new clutch which he was happy to do for around $625. (It was slipping so badly I didn’t even make it home after his diagnosis and $103 clutch bleed). Subsequently I took it to a shop in SLO where they told me IF indeed it needed a clutch repair it would cost around $316!! It's the go-to Motorcycle service! Incredible customer service, knowledgeable and friendly, all maintenance is done in a timely manner and competitive pricing. Zero to complain about. I'm a definite repeat customer.
Herb certainly knows one end of a wrench from the other. He's handled all my motorcycle problems for the past few years, and I find him very helpful, as well as extremely competent.
Herb dropped everything he was doing to help me out, can't find service like that very often. He also gave me some good pointers on how to take care of some things myself. I highly recommend them for all your two wheeled needs. Thanks Herb.
