Scheduled to have them cut my lawn and they didn't show up or call to let me know why after waiting around for them all day. The guy said they would come the next day after I called to see what happened. The next day it rained so I received a call an hour and a half past the time he said he would be here, claiming an equipment issue and being backed up before hanging up on me before I could respond to his rambling account of events. Completely unprofessional, inconsiderate, and unmotivated company.
