Best customer service I’ve found in the 10 yrs I’ve been self employed.
I use CH Insurance for my auto as well as business insurance. They are always helpful and considerate! Today I called in because I hit a deer luckily not too much damage and the deer ran off but I spoke to Becky and she was super helpful and understanding! She made me feel better and was empathetic to the situation - I never hit a deer before so I was freaked out. Within 20 minutes I had the claim information and everything I needed!
