If you want good service on your sewing equipment this is where you go
Do not waste your time. 4 and a half months and they still couldn't fix my machine. Cost me 25k in lost revenue in total. The 72 yo man that works on the machines can't even speak in full sentences. Take your money elsewhere.
Recently spoke with someone over the phone, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. From the beginning, he gave off an annoyed energy and seemed uninterested in engaging with my questions. It felt as though he was not fully listening or willing to hear me out, which made the conversation frustrating and unproductive. He cut me off in the middle of my question and his approach left a negative impression and turned me off instantly. I hope future interactions will be more positive and receptive.
