Frank is amazing! I live out of town, but my elderly mother is in Joplin. She often has me contact the office and they immediately get out to her home and quickly and efficiently get her heat/ air back and her living in comfort! Thank you for the wonderful attentiveness and care.
I called on a Monday. I had waited to long to try my air and of course it didn’t work. It was in the nineties by then. They were able to squeeze me in the next day. Joe was great. Friendly and hard working. He didn’t try to sell me anything except what I needed. I will use them anytime I have any problems.
We had an excellent experience with C&H Heating and Air. Dustin, the owner and technician, was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. He replaced our outdoor heat pump condenser with a new Bryant unit and had our system up and running the very next day. When another company quoted nearly $1,000 just for Freon, Dustin was able to clean and reuse our existing Freon, saving us a substantial amount. This was my second time utilizing C&H's services. Ironically ended up being the same capacitor issue, but on my upstairs heat pump this time. Same as before, it happened over the weekend and they were here by Monday. Great guys that know exactly what they are doing and got it done so fast. The cost to fix was very reasonable and overall experience was great. If you don't already have an HVAC team, they should be your first call!
They did a wonderful job fast and well priced very satisified with everything they did!!
