My family worked with CGT Construction to renovate my parents’ two-story home in Edgewater Park. They did an amazing job stripping down to the studs in most rooms and building it back up to what my wife and I envisioned. We just changed siding of our house. From the beginning, JJ was super nice, he was patient to answered our questions patiently and always ready to communicate. He was also super responsible during the project, asking our opinions every other day. Whenever there is an issue, JJ was always quick to respond. I felt lucky to work with him. It is a treasure to have a contractor who is reasonable, listening and reliable. We will be more than happy to work with him again.
This is a late review, this work was done over Dec-Feb, 2025. CGT came into our planned Primary bathroom project renovation, which was a top to bottom redesign, including the closet. We had already designed and purchased all the materials, and our initial contractor did not work out. They immediately proposed a price which was competitive. JJ and his team did a great job handling my restoration/renovation project. They were responsive, straightforward in their approach and ensured that I was satisfied with the outcome.
They did a fantastic bathroom update. They clearly communicated timelines and were done in a timely fashion. I will use them again in the future.
