He was very communicative and told me an estimated time when he could do my windshield the next day, ( I have a car that has a "special " windshield so no matter where I take it, it always has to be shipped in. He called at least 2 maybe 3 times to update me on his arrival. He was on time btw which is impressive considering he had to go pick up the windshield and traffic down in sac sucks.
