I had my windshield replaced today after putting it off for a while. From our initial phone call to the end of the service, Sean was very friendly, professional, and upfront about service costs. Not only does CGS provide excellent windshield repair but impressive customer service. Sean, the owner, responded to initial phone call personally, and followed up with texts & phone calls to confirm appointment & details. Two days later new windshield had arrived at shop & appointment ready. Amazingly, he offered to pick up & deliver the car - a real plus for me with a disabled husband & limited ability to work out logistics. The owner is AMAZING! So on point, super knowledgeable, and FAST! Unfortunately the windshield I got in the first time had a crack in it but he didn’t hesitate to send it back out and get me a new one as fast as 2 days! He works hard for sure. Loved the prices too for a special windshield. I will continue to go to him for all my windows! Just for the customer service experience ALONE!
