I went there on 9-19-25 to get some shingle prices. The lady asked me my roof size and I told her then she said that they charge $50.00 to do a take-off. There are calculators on Google for free for roofing but I already knew how many bundles I needed. The price for the shingles are more expensive than at lowes. Wholesale is supposed too be cheaper than a retail store 🙄. Just shop around before buying from anyone first.
Just a joke of a place. More expensive than Lowes, Home Depot or 84 lumber. Associates are clueless also. Training about the products they may sell might help them cover up the double retail pricing. Definition of wholesale is not retail plus a 100%.
It’s my first time using CGR Wholesale Roofing & Siding Supply Center. My sales specialist is Patty. I’m impressed with the speed and efficiency of the estimates! She had them over so quick. I’m used to waiting 2 weeks for them. Great job! I forgot to add the showroom is one of the best that I’ve seen!
