I would give negative stars if I Could. We gave Crystal and Dan 26,000 thousand dollars Dollars as a down payment and closing fees on a property. Dan gave us verbal agreement that if we couldn’t get financing for the home that they would return the 26,000 thousand dollars that we gave them. As of now Dan has disappeared and Crystal refuses to return the 26,000 dollars. Buyers or rent to own customers beware. Please get your attorney to look over any contracts with them.
