I paid for two new halo systems (was told payment up front was necessary due to cost of units). The check was cashed APRIL 24th. NO TECHNICIAN has come to my home, and I was told they would be here Thursday. I have left 4 messages and called non stop for two days straight. I have just contacted the BBB and contacted my bank re: the check. I would like someone to service our home IMMEDIATELY before we take further action.
Very good company. We are very pleased with the work they do for us and technician Joe C is fabulous! He was able to diagnose and resolve an issue that has plagued us for years that everyone else could only band-aid and treat the symptom, not the root cause. He took the time to determine the underlying problem and fixed it! So "Andy" you need to give him an atta boy!
I want to acknowledge the excellent job Ricardo did in servicing and cleaning my AC. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to answer a few questions.
