Absolutely terrible customer service. Jill was extremely rude and not helpful at all. I put an order for propane in on December 17 And I was not billed for that order until January 24. Being told that they have 30 days to process the payment. (Which was well over a month) And then telling me Well, at least I didn’t have to pay a late fee… because they forgot to run my card…. Adding my December order onto my January order, I then had $1,951 taken out of my account at once without a heads up. I’m sorry, CGI gas but people do n... read more
