Absolutely wonderful people to deal with ,have never had a problem whatsoever. The staff is just absolutely remarkable ,service when I call within a few days I get the propane I need no hesitations no issues ever and I’ve screwed up and called late for propane and they still have gotten it to me in time. Love this company and would never go anywhere else.

C.G.I. is our goto for propane and anything else gas related. Delivery of propane is always prompt and accurate. The sales team is knowledgeable and very helpful. I prefer local business and C.G.I. is just that, local. If I need welding gloves or cutting wheels I always shop C.G.I.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Jill was extremely rude and not helpful at all. I put an order for propane in on December 17 And I was not billed for that order until January 24. Being told that they have 30 days to process the payment. (Which was well over a month) And then telling me Well, at least I didn’t have to pay a late fee… because they forgot to run my card….
