My experience of dealing with this company has not been good. We are a supplier to this company and sold them materials back in June of 2024 and as of this writing we have still not been paid. We have reached out many times asking for payment. All we got was yada, yada, yada and more yada! I would be extremely suspect of doing business with his company as a customer because if there is a problem are they going to return to make it right or even answer their phone. They apparently didn't know what they were doing. As we expressed our concerns, they continued to display poor workmanship.
This company is great! So easy to work with! Shane was fast to respond to my emails. His team showed up on time and communicated with me throughout the process. They even came back the next week when we found some missing spots. They fixed everything quickly and gave us some tips for future care. Would definitely recommend them!
The worst company and people to work with. Shane doesn’t care about his customers what so ever and it shows!! The simple matter of scheduling an appointment is truly a hassle with him. He canceled on me twice (with short notice) when both days I took time out of my day/work to meet with him. In fact, I’m still waiting for him to reschedule (since 6/20) but he never got back to me. The work crew came out this morning and did an excellent job. They were very polite and professional. The floor turned out great and I could not be happier. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
