Admissions area violates the entire premise of the HIPAA laws. All personal and medical information has to be yelled through some ridiculous bulletproof window to curt admissions workers. Eventually you will get typical Midwest Illinois medical care which is to charge you while providing no real help.
It is a great place to go when you can't get into see your regular Doctor. The staff is very nice and patient. Your wait time is usually minimal also.
